1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by You on the rvip5 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a stake placed by You on any game, event, or market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by rvip5, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your rvip5 Account balance.

• "Real Money Balance" means the funds in your Account that are available for withdrawal, excluding any Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on rvip5, deposit funds, or place any bets. This age restriction is strictly enforced. 3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

rvip5 is an internationally operated platform primarily serving residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are currently residing in Indonesia and that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesian territory. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, you are not permitted to use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rvip5 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. rvip5 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You may not register an account if you are subject to any form of bankruptcy, insolvency proceedings, or legal incapacity. You may not use the Platform if you are currently self-excluded from gambling activities, either on rvip5 or any other gambling platform.

3.4 Single Account Requirement

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on rvip5. Opening multiple accounts, whether under different names, addresses, or email addresses, is strictly prohibited. If rvip5 discovers that you hold or have held multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts immediately, void all bets placed across those accounts, and confiscate any balances. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited. Any winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts will not be honored.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To use the services offered on rvip5, you must first register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your National ID / KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 Account Security

Upon registration, you will create a password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify rvip5 customer support. rvip5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

rvip5 operates under internationally recognized anti-money-laundering and player protection standards. As part of our compliance obligations, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before they can make a withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A clear, legible copy or photograph of your National ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• A recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) dated within the last three months.

4.4 Right to Refuse Registration

rvip5 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at any time, at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. This right includes but is not limited to cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, multiple account abuse, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

rvip5 supports deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri (Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit per transaction varies by payment method and account verification status, typically ranging from Rp 10.000.000 to Rp 100.000.000 for verified accounts. Deposits made via major Indonesian banks during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your rvip5 account balance within five minutes. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly 24/7.

5.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rvip5 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond rvip5's control and are your sole responsibility. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment (bank receipt or e-wallet confirmation screenshot).

5.3 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit. This is a security requirement to prevent money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 for standard accounts and may be higher for VIP-tier accounts. Verified accounts can request multiple withdrawals per day, subject to the transaction limit. All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed for security purposes.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours for verified accounts during WIB business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). 5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

If you have active bonus funds in your account, you may be required to forfeit the bonus in order to withdraw your real money balance. rvip5 reserves the right to request additional verification documents or conduct additional security checks before approving large withdrawal requests or requests from accounts with unusual betting patterns.

5.6 Anti-Money-Laundering Compliance

rvip5 operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This is a standard industry measure to prevent the Platform from being used to transfer or launder money. If rvip5 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity, we reserve the right to freeze the account, suspend all transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

rvip5 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral bonuses. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion page and must be read carefully before opting in. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on rvip5 are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or playthrough requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a welcome bonus of Rp 500.000 with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 15.000.000 (Rp 500.000 × 30) before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward meeting the wagering requirement. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10%–20% or may be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have made at least one successful deposit and whose accounts are fully verified. 7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on rvip5 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once they have been confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of your bet (stake amount, selection, odds) are correct before placing the bet. rvip5 is not responsible for errors made by you when placing bets. All bets are settled according to the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). rvip5's decision on the settlement of bets is final.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, the following rules apply unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules: If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. If a match starts but is not completed, bets on markets that have already been determined (e.g., first goal scorer, first half result) will stand; bets on undecided markets will be void. Asian Handicap and Over/Under bets are settled based on the official full-time result unless otherwise specified (e.g., "First Half Asian Handicap" is settled on the first-half score only).

7.3 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. The outcome of every game round is entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game information page. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout rate and does not guarantee results in any individual session. 7.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting rvip5 customer support via email or live chat. Before your account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining real money balance. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited. 8.2 Account Suspension by rvip5

rvip5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You are under 21 years of age.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvip5 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or mobile device damage, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if rvip5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rvip5 operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a secure and uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk. rvip5 is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or third-party service outages that may affect your ability to access the Platform or place bets.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be void, and stakes will be refunded to your account. rvip5's liability in any dispute is limited to the amount of the specific bet or transaction in question and shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited into your account over the preceding 30 days.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvip5 is licensed and regulated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

In the event of any dispute between you and rvip5, you agree to first contact our customer support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint via email to the contact address provided in the footer of this page. rvip5 will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved after our internal complaints process, you may have the right to refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service or regulatory authority, depending on the licensing jurisdiction.
